Description:
Geely Binyue's oil rail injector adopts advanced technology and
design. It is installed at the top of the engine combustion chamber
and is a kind of closed injector.
The injector nozzle of this injector is a pair of precision
coupling parts, in which the needle valve is generally made of
high-speed steel with good thermal stability, while the needle
valve body is made of high-quality alloy steel that is resistant to
impact. After finishing and pairing grinding, their matching gap is
extremely small, only 0.002~0.004mm.
According to the different structural forms of the injector, the
closed injector can be divided into three forms: hole injector,
shaft needle injector and low inertia injector. Geely Binyue's oil
rail injector adopts a 6-hole injector.
The injector adopts 200bar high-pressure mid-direct injection
technology, and the high-pressure fuel is directly injected into
the combustion chamber through the injector for combustion.
Compared with airway injection, the fuel loss is less, the fuel
particles are smaller, the atomization is more uniform, and the
combustion is more efficient, which can effectively reduce
emissions and reduce fuel consumption.
In addition, through performance optimization and 6-hole injector,
it also adopts the three-time spray spray guidance method, which
can reduce the fuel moisture of the cylinder wall, make the oil and
gas mixing more complete, effectively improve the start-up
emission, and greatly reduce the risk of oil dilution.

Applications:
The main function of Geely Binyue oil rail injector is to spray
fuel into the intake manifold or cylinder with accurate time and
quantity.
The injector is actually a solenoid valve, which works according to
the injection timing and pulse width calculated by the engine
control unit (ECU). When the ECU issues an instruction, the
electromagnetic coil of the injector is electrated, generating
magnetic force to overcome the spring force, opening the injector
valve core, and the high-pressure fuel sprays out of the small hole
of the injector.
For Geely Binyue's out-of-cylinder injection gasoline engine, the
injector sprays gasoline into the intake pipe of the engine, forms
a fog, and then mixes with air, and is inhaled into the cylinder
for combustion during the intake stroke; while for the in-cylinder
injection gasoline engine, the injector sprays gasoline directly
into the cylinder, and after mixing with air, it is ignited by
spark plugs and pushed. Move the piston to do the work.
